Ice hockey experts can make a good profit placing bets before the match or during the game (live). Our betting company provides a wide selection of markets: on the final result, penalty time and even ejections. Anyone can bet before the match starts but in order to place bets in-play you would need live video streaming either online or on the TV. Please keep in mind that online streaming can be delayed by several seconds compared to real time. Ice hockey is an exciting sport which is famous for unexpected game outcomes and this makes it possible to win with big odds.
These markets are often priced at the most attractive odds. But be careful: victory can be counted in regular time or including overtime. Betting options:
W1;
W2;
draw.
You need to predict the goal difference by which one of the teams will win. This is more difficult but the winnings may be far bigger than with other markets. You can make your choice before the game and also while watching NHL or KHL matches. You just need to be able to assess the situation quickly. The handicap can be represented by an integer or a decimal number (for example 3 or 2.5). There are three possible results in the first case:
difference by exactly 3 goals – full refund;
difference by 4 goals or more – the stake is multiplied by the odds;
difference by 2 goals – loss.
If you select a decimal handicap there are only two options: a win or a loss. Refunds are not possible.
Total is the number of goals scored by a team or a player. There are different betting options. For example, a bookmaker can offer a bet on each team's total at the World Championships being over 1.5, which means that each team must score more than one goal in a match. You just need to predict whether this will happen or not and place a bet on your selection (each outcome will have the odds next to it). Complex bets on ice hockey are also popular - for example, Team 1 to win with total goals over 4.5.
There are a lot of bets available and different markets can be offered on different matches. Will a team win at least one period, will there be shots on goal, when will the first goal be scored (eg. from the 1st to the 10th minute), will both teams score or not? Bets on different markets increase the chance of winning even in the trickiest matches.
